Return and Exchange Policy
Millcreek Bath and Kitchen offers a 14 day return policy on products. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your invoice number for proof of purchase, and all relevant products in the email, as well as the reason for return or exchange.
All returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be approved, and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Products must be in original condition and packaging, and in resalable condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be approved by Millcreek Bath and Kitchen prior to merchandise being brought back.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on installed, custom, clearance, final sale, special order merchandise, or sanitary products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns pertaining to the return and exchange policy for any specific items on your order.
Damages and Shortages
All merchandise must be inspected for damages, defects, incorrect parts, and missing components within 24 hours of receipt in order to make a claim. Past this time we cannot accept any claims for shortages or damages on merchandise. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please inspect products for defects and damages prior to installation, as no return, exchange, or claim can be made against installed products.
In the event that your product has any defects, damages, or shortages, we request an email be sent to email@example.com with your invoice number, product name, as well as any photos that relate to the claim. We will forward this information to the relevant manufacturer in order to open a service ticket on your product.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returned items will be sent back to the respective manufacturers, upon which they will be inspected for return approval. Once the manufacturer has accepted the return, we will then issue a credit for the returned items. Please note that this process can take some time, as certain items must be shipped back to manufacturers for inspection.
For items that are not stocked, delivery times are approximate and subject to change depending on manufacturer availability. Millcreek Bath and Kitchen is not liable for any delays incurred due to manufacturer timelines for items that must be ordered in. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to availability of a specific product so that we can provide estimated delivery times.

Returns on Online Orders
For all items that are ordered online and shipped to a customer's home, return shipping will be at the cost and responsibility of the customer to ensure items are received in good condition.
