Pick up Policy
All items purchased in store and through www.millcreekbath.com can be picked up from our showroom or warehouse at:
6905 Millcreek Drive, Unit 12, L5N 6A3 Mississauga, ON.
All faucets ship for free across Canada, with the exception of territories and remote addresses. In the event that we are unable to ship to your provided address, you will be contacted by a staff member to inform you.
Free shipping on faucets applies to lavatory faucets, bathtub faucets, and shower systems.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you would like a custom shipping quote for any other item listed on our website.
Please allow for 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and prepared for pick up. If you choose to pick up from our showroom we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up and to arrange a pick up time. Your original invoice is required for all pick ups.
For items that are being shipped out, we will provide a tracking number once your order has left.
In the event that your item(s) are not in stock, they will be ordered in from relevant manufacturers. We will inform you of any back orders or delays on products that are applicable to your order. Special and custom order items are subject to longer processing times than standard and stocked items. You will be informed of estimated lead times on these products once we have received your order.
Please note that shipping/arrival times for products are estimates, and are subject to change based on manufacturer availability and back orders. In the event that there are any changes in availability and processing time of your order a member of our team will contact you with relevant information.
Pick ups for online and phone orders:
For cardholder verification purposes of all online and phone orders, Millcreek Bath and Kitchen reserves the right to ask for the credit card that was used to make the original purchase, as well as a valid government issued photo ID belonging to the cardholder upon pick up.
For items that are not stocked, delivery times are approximate and subject to change depending on manufacturer availability. Millcreek Bath and Kitchen is not liable for any delays incurred due to manufacturer timelines for items that must be ordered in. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to availability of a specific product so that we can provide estimated delivery times.
